One of the greatest strengths of Yoshindo Holdings’ generic pharmaceutical business is its integrated production system, from active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to final formulations.
APIs are the core components of pharmaceuticals and require a high level of reliability.
At Yoshindo Holdings, we thoroughly manage both APIs manufactured in-house and imported APIs, linking them to the subsequent formulation process to maintain quality at a high level.

Establishment of API synthesis methods and prototype formulation development
From API development to full-scale production, our integrated research and development system enables active information sharing with the production division. This allows us to develop and manufacture high-quality products efficiently and with speed.


Reaction, crystallization, and separation
At our API manufacturing plant, we thoroughly prevent contamination by foreign substances through measures such as differential pressure control, while also enhancing dust explosion prevention equipment.
The introduction of DCS (Distributed Control System) has also improved operational efficiency.


Weighing, granulation, blending, tableting, and inspection
Our formulation plant brings together advanced technologies to achieve high productivity and a stable supply. It can respond to large-volume orders, small-lot production of multiple products, and diverse dosage form needs.


Filling and packaging
We are equipped with high-performance filling machines, labellers, laser printing inspection machines, and other equipment, and also support GS1 codes.

In our generic pharmaceutical research and development division, we handle the entire process in an integrated system, from API research and development to formulation design and scale-up to actual production levels.
